Photo a Day

I am following the lovely blogger, @fatmumslim. After reading her blog I decided to do her latest photo challange. I urge anyone who hasn't done this to join in. Having to take a picture everyday of something I wouldn't think about capturing has become one of the highlights of my day. It just makes you think about things in a different way.

Big blues

My daughter Matilda was born with dark, denim blue eyes. She is now 4 months old and her eyes are now a lighter blue. I was doing some shopping the other day when I was stopped by an older lady who told me : "I just had to tell you how beautiful your daughter is. She has gorgeous eyes!" It always brightens my day when people take the time to compliment you. Obviously I think Matilda is gorgeous but it's nice when other people agree!
